    SCT SF3 tuner is not the same as the X3 Go to SCT's web site. The SF3 does not have the ability to load in custome tunes. You are limited to SCT's canned tunes. You may want that. But in case you don't, hit up bama, brene, or Tilliman for their tuner/cai offerings.

    The big clue here is that you lost all electrical. My first check would be the leads on the battery. Next would be to check that the computer had voltage. Plus checking all ground returns which made sense.

    The lag time must be how long it takes to fill the tubes to the spray nozzles. I bet there is a check valve leaking or a leak in the line some place. Try this.... After the first squirt, wait a couple seconds and hit it again. It the sequence time the same or shorter.

    CARB If you go with the Ford Racing CAI kit and tune, you are CARB approved. I read that the others are not. Since you in California, I thought I would mention it. Since I am also in California, I went with the FRPP kit which is the intake they put on their Bullit.
