    Do a search for egr and you will find all your answers. Also when you buy a larger throttle body, get the egr spacer at the same time as a package. Its a lot cheaper that way.

    I personally think it is a pretty easy install for both shorties & longtubes. I think you might want to stay away from equal length shorty on a 94-95. My buddy ran them on his 95 and they kept melting the steering joint (could've just been the brand though...Hooker Headers).

    If you use regular 306 pistons with a stroker crank those pistons will be popping out of the cylinders. The height or compression depth on stroker pistons are way shorter.

    bbk clutch quad adjustment?

    There should be an adjuster on the firewall where the cable enters the engine bay. It may also have an adjustable cable where it attaches to the pivot fork sticking out of the bellhousing. If it has neither of these you will definately have to get a firewall adjuster.

    Yesterday was a rerun of Horsepower TV and they did a bunch of bolt ons to a bone stock 5.0 notch. When full exhaust was added (BBK equal length shorty headers, BBK x-pipe, Flowmaster Amercan Thunder Catback) it netted 14 rwhp. Yes I do. Look in my sig for what I am gonna do with it.:D

    The Cobra MAF is calibrated via the computer for the 24's. So no. As far as I know all factory MAF's are calibrated via the computer. Your stuck with aftermarkets.
