    Stock '00 GT brake system. I run Hawk HB274F610 on the front and Hawk HB183F660 on the rear. Works good and no more dust than stock pads.

    I see a number of ported 2v heads that will produce between 450 and 500 N/A Flywheel HP at the 7K or more range in a 2v 4.6L with the correct cams and other modifications. Look at heads Fox Lake, BH Performance, C.A.P.A. Performance, M2 Race Systems, total engine Airflow :shrug:

    So what you are saying is that the 4.6 engine unlike the SBC and 5.0 Ford can not be built to make HP and Rev greater that 7k without a blower? :shrug:

    There are companies that make some nice I beam rods. The higher you want to raise the RPM limit the more it costs. It is a contradiction in some ways. You need stronger parts to rev high yet to rev higher and keep the engine together you want the parts to be lighter.

    If you want to shift at 7K you need to move the factory HP peak which is at 5k to some where's around 6200-6500 RPM. We can start with forged rotating assemble, new cams, port heads, reworked intake and exhaust systems. :shrug:

    That is interesting. I have always found that the numbers were lower with the other plugs in than with them removed.

    I do not know what RPM you are looking to turn. But making the runner longer will lower the tuned RPM. Here in example two the angle is a little greater than example 1 but less than your angle and it keeps the runner length just about original. Purple line.

    If you cut the manifold (red line) and make you adapter longer (green line) you will reduce the angle needed.

    I just wanted to point out it is impossible to have both 491 torque and 446 HP at 4900 RPM. If they are both at the same RPM that can only happen at 4770 +- RPM and the dyno reported RPM is wrong.

    Nice numbers. But RPM torque and HP are mathematically linked. 4900 RPM 491 Torque = 458 HP 4900 RPM 446 HP = 478 Torque 4770 RPM 491 Torque = 446 HP I would ask the dyno operator what ups.:shrug:

    First the factor system is cold air. Want to see what your new cold air system does. Let the water temp come up to normal and then do a data logging of intake_air_temp on the same road before and after the install. :shrug:

    Is accelerating linearly the same as constant acceleration? The reason 60 foot times are so important is that you are normally accelerate at your highest g forces during this part of the run.

    You can do a leak down test on the engine, or just bring number 6 TDC. Screw a air hose in the spark plug hole and put 100 PSI into the cylinder. Than listen for where the air is leaking out of the cylinder from. Intake valve, exhaust valve, rings, or probably not head gasket.

    Need some math classes? 245 miles 18.24 mpg means 13.432 gallons. 277 miles 13.432 gallons means 20.62236734693877 mpg assumes 13.432 gallons means tank full

    Did you have all of the plugs out? Did you have the throttle open? How much oil did you add?
