I still would spend the money on safety stuff/maintenance stuff first; then invest in the driver with some driving schools of some sort.     Have you tracked or autocrossed this car (or any Mustang) before? If not, take the time and learn the car before you start throwing money into it. You can learn a whole lot more about the car without the expensive parts if you upgrade the nut behind the wheel, first. JMHO, YMMV

    Actually, a lot of road racers got started in autocross. Autocross is a great way to learn car control. Also, a lot of people prefer autocross because of the multiple turns. Some people get bored on the straights (or so I'm told--I'll find out next season).

    I havent' looked at them in a year, but I'm almost 100% that is what they look like. I'll know soon enuff, I guess. I'm gonna look pretty silly with cobra binders up front and drums in the back (for now--I'll do the major rear upgrade this winter) at the last 2 autocross events this year.

    My "new-to-me" cobra calipers will be here next week so, we'll see, I guess. I'll take pics as I move them around.

    They have a square block where they mount to the caliper. They are mounted on the car right now or I'd snap a pic. I mean I can get some stangsuspension ones for the cobra calipers and the weatherhead fitting, but really don't want to spend the cash if I don't have to.

    Are you sure on this as my russel lines have blocks on the end. They worked on my 95 calipers, but I don't want to remove them to put my cobras on.
