    Id sand it down a bit, then hit it with por-15, then hit it with color and clear. Id get most of the rust off before putting POR-15 on, but it adheres best to rust. I still cant say that I like the idea of just slopping some anti-rust paint on some solid rust damage though like they recommend.

    Try replacing the ignition module. Passenger fender on the heat sink. Mine did the same thing.

    Voltage is Everywhere

    Driving the car today, the voltmeter is all over the place. I blipped the throttle leaving today, and it spiked and the battery light came on. Turn on the turn signal and it drops way down. Voltage regulator?

    1990 was still a flat tappet lifter. The roller 351 was used in the Lightening in 94. You have two options on the valvetrain if you want hydraulic roller with pre roller blocks... either get linkbar lifters, or use a standard lifter / dog bone and spider with a reduced base circle cam...

    it would work occasionally with the old viper system. Not at all with new system. I checked the old viper manual I found, and it was negative pulse as well... makes absolutely no sense to me either.

    I need one of those... I got a temporary one, all the mounting holes are broken... But the actual dash needs some fixing as well. Where the metal clips go onto the dash... both of them are broken.

    When the **** hits the fan... it just keeps flying off and hitting me. Put in a new alarm. Went great. No problems. Works perfectly. Put in a new stereo to replace my permantly "lost" stereo that I "lost" in my own driveway. Fuse pops. Curse. :fuss:Go get new fuse. Crap, its an ATM...
