OMG!!! Did you see this car at PIR ??

Or maybe even twins and a short block to go with them. Wasn't sure about it being lowered, it could just be the wheels?

OMG!!! Did you see this car at PIR ??

All those mods, and still running stock brakes, he/she could of at least thrown a nice brake set up on it.

    Question about forced induction

How much boost are you running now? I think the 24 lb'ers may be on the small side, I don't know all the specific's. I would not recommend that kind of horsey or boost with a stock block, ticking time bomb. There was a post here (I think it was here) a couple of weeks ago showing a stock block...

Baer brake 5 Lug conversion Kit

A lot easier than I thougt it was going to go, the biggest pain was bleeding the brakes, and not being able to hammer them right after the install. Baer wants you to drive them so many miles before you season the rotors and bed the brake pads, but after that, hang on.

    whos got flaming river rack

Is the reason you've switched to a manual rack is because the power steering seems to be overly sensitive at speed. I've noticed on my car after doing my brake conversion and installing bigger tires, that the steering is very sensitive at highway speeds, it could be very easy to over correct.

    Hood Shocks

I didn't see a point in getting the Elite kit either, I figured the base kit would serve my purpose just fine. The car is only driven when the sun is shining, and I'm more about function and practicality (sp) than all the flashy stuff. So far I very happy with that upgrade.

    wide fox wheels

Cool, sounds good, I also just finished installing my Baer brake kit about a month ago, never in my life did I think 13 inch rotors would look small, Dart block is next winter's project, along with the twin turbo kit (sitting in my closet, excersising extreme patience right now), what are...

Knocking when I hit bumps, what could be wrong??

I had the same problem with mine, but left (driver's side). At first could only hear the noise over road expansion joints, noise got worse, could than hear over any type of bump :bang: , inspected front end, found a bent sway bar link, thought maybe that could be it, replaced sway bar link, no...
