    They aren't very loud compared to other brands until you start to build up your engine. My car with an HCI and magnaflows at idle is damn near as loud as magnaflows on a stock engine being reved. You'll like the sound much better with tail pipes. I ran mine without tail pipes for a month and...

    Back off sniper..........lol Change the lifters. You have never adjusted stud mount rockers before, its not something you want to do twice because you cheaped out early on in the build. They also do go bad, they get to a point where they wont pump up all the way anymore and start tapping.

    Operating temperature, like was stated before. Cool air coming into a warm engine is optimum. A trick to get cool air is to put bags of ice on the intake manifold between runs. I think this only works well if your EGR passages are blocked at the heads though.

    This isn't entirely true. Ford deleted the BAP sensor in 94 because they learned the barometric pressure could be calculated once the MAF sensor tells the computer the amount of air ingested by the engine.

    Compression test results.

    I've never seen a stock mustang with numbers quite that high, but I have seen as high as 170-180 on a stock mustang. My engine obviously isn't stock. Compression tests are done with the engine warm, spark plugs out, throttle open, and using the starter.
