    I had to replace mine on my xr4,stick a screwdriver in the hole and make sure it is not all clogged up with sediment when you have it out, sometimes it is so bad water cant get to the switch causing it not to work or come on later causing problems.

    head gasket between 2&3 may be blown unless you are sure it is coming out the exhaust of the cyl being tested, just a thought. guess the head has to come off either way.

    the intake runner size is what the big difference between 351 and 302 heads. so I would hog the intake runners as well as the exhaust. also with 58 cc chambers you will have to have a pretty deep dish piston or it will be more like 10.5 11.0 with the shallow dish. and please dont tell anyone...
