    You definatly want to plug it, or you car will not run right! You can probably find something to plug it with at Home Depot.

    how to run the fuel pump without running the car.

    You should just take out the fuel tank!! Its the only way you are going to get all the water out. It only took me about 45 mins to drop the tank, replace the fuel pump and reinstall! Just make sure you have less than a 1/4 tank, or it will be a bitch to handle! :nice:
