    Anyone running No2 on 99/01 Cobra's?

    I run a 125 NOS dry kit on my 99 Cobra. I blew the clutch on my fourth pass! I installed a new kevlar clutch and it is holding together. I'll try the next jet up but only on Cam2. Should be okay.

    Clutch Pedal Chatter

    I just put in a HD Ram Kevlar kit in my Cobra. I also have a very faint chatter when I hit the gas and take off in first. If I release the clutch with no gas, there is no chatter. Nonetheless, this clutch shifts nicely at 6800. Great mod.

    Hanging RPM's

    Have any Cobra owners experience hanging rpm's? After warming-up engine , my 99 sometimes hangs at 3000 rpms. It only happens when the engine is warm and I really get on it. The needle just sticks at 3 grand. I know it's not a sticking throttle body or cable. Any ideas?

    T-45 Tranny in my '97 Cobra w/46k miles is already a mess!

    Why spend 1100 on a rebuild? If you can save another few hundred go with the TRC-3550. My T-45 is still running strong at 50k but I put a Pro 5.0 shifter/HD kevlar Ram clutch kit and 3 1/2 quarts of Redline MTL to keep it safe.

    That's a good link. Thanks. Hey, my Cobra rpm gets stuck at 3000. It only happens when I punch it. I thought it was the accelerator cable at first but I think it's something else. Do you have any clues? (Maybe stuck throttle body)

    I have the same problem with my 99. I was thinking the o2 sensors but I never got to replace them. If you get the fix let me know.

    Any cobra owners experience a loose gas pedal? My 99's pedal feels like it's hanging. Anyone know the fix? Could it be the cable or just a clip that fell off?

    I have a Green 99 Cobra and I blew the clutch with a 125HP NOS shot on my fourth pass. The car also bogs every once in a while at around 2000rpm. Other than that, it runs great.

    99 cobra w/nitrous

    I have a stock 99 Cobra with a 125HP NOS dry kit. On my third run, I blew the clutch disc going from 3rd-4th. I rolled through the traps with a 13.2 @ 107mph. The NOS kicks in at the end of 1st. It kicks in so hard that sometimes it activates the fuel pump cut-off switch located in the trunk.
