BFG DR's: 26" or 28" for my combo?

Yep, I'd get the 275/50s... 26 inch tall. The 275/60s took some major cutting and pounding with a BFH to get them not to rub on my 83

Crank just broke in my DSS 331 Pro Bullet!!!!

Someone should forward all these threads to D.S.S. and let them know how unhappy everyone is with them. This sucks you guys are getting taken to the cleaner by these people. That's why I am good friends with my machinist, and let him build the motor. This way I know it's done right the first...

ASP Pulley On A 3G Alternator?

The impact method is the only way to do it. You can't get enough torque on the nut to keep the pulley on any other way. That's how all the instructions I've ever seen to install the alt pulley say to do it. Just don't go hog wild and impact it for 15 seconds.

$2,500 to spend on mods / supercharger ?

You'll never hit 350 rwhp with a base model supercharger on a basically stock motor with a cam. As far as the Powerdyne.. they suck ass. My friend had it tuned with the 9 psi kit... 30lbs injectors, 75mm MAF... all supporting hardware, only made like 270 rwhp. Sucked. Get an S trim. Many...

Hissin, or other input needed on fan blade replacement

No, that's not the one JT(HISSIN50) used.. That's a flex fan... They make a metal fan blade replacement that works with the stock fan clutch.

Should I run 5w30 oil now. About oil pressure...

In my 83, I had a HV oil pump and the stock pan. never ever had problems with it... I also ran 85-95 psi of oil pressure at RPM when it was cold, but when hot at RPM it would run about 70 psi... at idle hot it would be around 50ish. I always ran 20W50 VR1 racing oil. I switched to Mobil 1...

    a/c delete

If you DO have it discharged at a shop, make sure they PAY YOU FOR THE FREON! All they will do is take your freon, and sell it to someone else. If I were you, I'd open a line and let it drain out. Who the f uck cares about it going into the air. How many of us have dumped our coolant or oil...

    fuel injector adapters

Yep, do it right the first time. It might be more expensive, but it's worth it. Having to cut your harnesses and crap? That's stupid. If you have to change injectors because you need more fuel or what not, you're screwed. Don't do a hack job. Do it right the first time and be done with it.
