    How can you have a catted off road pipe? Anyways, you'll fail visual in California with any aftermarket mid pipe. Catted or not. You need the stock one to pass.

    Check your exhaust pipe to see if you see a tire mark on the exhaust. It'll look like what I have on mine. You could try to adjust the cat back or get 1/4 or smaller wheel spacers. I would try to adjust the cat back first. I have the same problem as you.

    When I hit a bump my exhaust pipe hits my tire. I might have to go with a 3/16 or a 1/4 in wheel spacer if I can't move my exhaust out of the way. I have heard horror stories of wheels falling off and things. Should I worry if I had to use a wheel spacer.

    The other side is not like this. Just wondering cause its gonna settle some more. I might end up readjusting the exhaust like you said if the problem gets worse.

    I needed MIL's for my Bassani X Pipe. You just need them for the rear. Oh, all aftermarket mid pipes are illegal in CA. Catted or not. You'll fail visual. Keep the stock pipe because you'll need to switch back to it when smog time comes around.

    I have heard some good things about Motive and Pro 5.0 gears. I have heard Richmond gears whine. I would go with Ford Racing but they don't make a 3.90 gear which is what you want.
