    How much HP would a stock EFI 5.0 SD gain with an off-road H-pipe, No cats, 2 1/2 inch pipes into flowmaster 40 series mufflers. The only mods are a CAI, and timing at 14 degrees and no smog equipment. 15-20 maybe??

    It's too early for me... I didn't see motor and transmission??? What did her 95 have in it??? 94 and 95 GT's are "THE" perfect parts car for older foxes. I say hoard the parts......sell the shell and sheet metal to a salvage yard.

    Stock Engine??

    I'm gonna pull the motor before it hits 200,000 miles. It has 165,000 on it now. Sounds high, but it's a 20 year old car so that's a little over 8,000 miles a year. I'll replace it with 87+ stuff. I may need to do a compression test on it. It "feels" fine, but I have a feeling the valve...

    I think I have a stock engine on my 86 GT. The original Upper & lower intake manifold's are on, as well as 58MM TB. E6 Part numbers.     1986 Gt's :nonono: N/A.....Not available or Not applicable??? The numbers don't add up. I have seen over 6 Slate metallic GT's (HB's)in my lifetime. I know of 3 slate Gt verts as well. Pretty rare as most 86 GT verts are Red, Black or White.

    I too have never heard of a 5spd from the factory with 3.27's. I thought they were 2.73's or 3.08s. AOD's had 2.73 or 3.27's I believe. My 86 AOD came with 3.27's. Going with a lower than stock profile... 50 series, 40 series etc... has the effect of making your 3.27's act like 3.55's or...
