    You could just connect the two hoses that go into the EGR spacer together and just bypass it. My friends done this before. I would suggest getting an EGR spacer though, would look better than one with 2 hoses disconnected.

    Check your O2's. There is a way to use a voltmeter to check to see if they are working properly. I'll see if I can find a link, maybe someone else has it?...

    hmm interesting, but would it be safe to run 61 psi of fuel through stock lines and injectors? That's alot more pressure than Ford intended.

    Yes they will fit. I didn't find the Stage 8's any more of a pain than regular bolts that came with my headers. It just takes patience.

    I've heard that if you still have cats that it's a bad idea to take out the smog pump because the cats will get clogged. Any truth to this? Doesn't make much sense to me. I'll probably end up taking the pump off after my spring inspection anyway. :)

    Yes there are 2 codes, one for each bank. 41 and 91 I believe. I got both codes so fuel pump seems the best way to go for me. If you got only one then maybe there's an injector problem on that side or the 02 sensor is dead.

    Fuel pressure low? I know mine is, it drops to about 20 psi past 3000 rpms. I also pulled the same codes. That's why she's getting a new fuel pump in the spring.
