    Stangnet T-Shirts

I like the grey, but blue is good to. I vote no pocket, but will buy it either way. Just one shirt, XL I am good with whatever design the consensus is. I would like to get more, but I already have 30+ t-shirts taking up room in the closet.

Engine Heads and how to buy

The camshaft is really going to dictate PTV clearance more so than cylinder head. A stock cam would probably work with just about any cylinder head. The valves just are not open anywhere near the piston to worry about. Most street camshafts, IE, designed for daily driver usage, will work fine...

Mustang5L5’s progress thread - Rear window fun

Faster processing speeds can lead to better performance. The ECU has to calculate when to inject fuel into the engine. It has to start the process before the fuel is injected. Injector coil time, the time it takes the electrical solenoid to open/close has to be precisely calculated to get the...

Engine Starter ring gear depth. 3/8 or 3/4 inch?

No. But if the bellhousing is for 164 tooth, then that would be a problem. The Bellhousing has to match the flywheel diameter requiremenmts.

Engine Starter ring gear depth. 3/8 or 3/4 inch?

IDK Of all the times I have installed engines, transmissions, starters and done swaps from auto to manual and vice versa, I have never measured the engagement depth. And it has never been a problem. I have swapped from stock starters to mini starter, both Ford and aftermarket and have not had an...

Progress Thread Might as well start a progress thread on my 92 GT Hatch.

I have the flat black ones on my 6" cowl carbon fiber hood. They have been "race tested" to over 160 mph. They work excellent. Mine are not the the locking kind though Because Racecar.

What's it Worth? ⚠️ I have a brand new set of original KPI/Trick-Flow High Port Cylinder Heads, Stage 2 Ported

They were stored in the boxes that they came shipped in correct? If so, how were the boxes stored, laying down or standing up on their ends? It would be nice to have spring spec's, installed height, lbs open/closed ect. Port volume, flow numbers as well. That being said, it is going to cost a...

2008 Mustang Bullitt stuck in Fifth gear

One way to verify this is to see if the car will move when letting the clutch out. (or rear wheels off of the ground on jack stands.) If it just stalls the engine, then that confirms it is stuck in 2 gears at once.

1967 Manual Drum Brakes , replaced the master cylinder and the brake light switch but the brakes lights stay on.

I saw this same issue on a subaru It was a shorted out brake light bulb of all things. Was a head scratcher for a while.

Brake issue after changing pads and rotors

Yes, The notches should be positioned as shown in the picture. You need to get the codes from the brake/traction control light. It may be as simple as clearing the codes. Does this car have a electric park brake? Or is it still a lever you pull up? If a electric park brake, then the proper...
