    Throwout Bearing or Driveshaft noise???

    Unidentified Clinking sound..?

    Simple check, jack-up the rear of the car and lightly rotate the wheels and see if you can narrow it down even further. Sounds like it could be an e-brake slightly hanging up, but definately worth looking at the brake pads.

    Unidentified Clinking sound..?

    Where is the sound coming from Front, Rear, RH/LH Side, etc? My first thought is a e-brake slightly hanging up, a bad adjuster for the e-brake, or something in the brakes. Or possibly a bad wheel bearing, but that should create more noise as you speed up, more of a hum.

    Be warned if you put an O/R H-Pipe on a 2005 - up GT, you may not be happy with the resulting sound. I speak from personal experience. The sound gets very raspy when the VCT kicks in and it's very loud. The 2005 - up GT's do not respond as well to the Flows like all the earlier models did.

    2011 V6 Exhaust

    It's the bigger exhaust tip (3.5") welded on around the normal exhaust (2.25") piping. If a person really wanted to, you could cut out the normal exhaust pipe and get rid of the ugly look. However, this may result in a different exhaust tone.

    Which direction is the right way to install resonators/glasspacks?...Seems obvious..

    Honestly, I think most that are a straight-thru design, it doesn't matter what way you install them. The idea behind the resonator is an extra chamber to allow the resonance to disipate and the packing helps quiet down the sound.
