    Nice looking stang! Where is the rust hiding? Don't see any in those shots. I personally would lose the Mustang script on the fenders. Seems like too much to have two badges there, one is enough.

    I would move the whole wiring harness over, you'll need some of the ignition stuff to make the anti theft stuff work correctly.

    Its the same thickness as the original sheet metal. I checked them both prior to welding. I had heard the same thing, I'm guessing that might have been true of early reproductions.

    Do you have any older portable electronics? The wall plug for older stuff used to be 12v for everything, you plug that in and connect to the battery terminals. Not alot of amps, but enough to check circuits. RC car batteries are 12v too, you could use one of those chargers.

    Year of car might be helpful, they are different. I've got a 69'. The outer cowl side panel would be relatively easy to do. The inner would be very difficult.

    +1 on bagging and tagging everything. And take pictures, its hard to figure out what some odd parts and brackets are 2-5 years later. And like robbz28 said, you've got to primer asap after media blasting.
