    Actually 1.5 psi drop isnt much it all. The paxton cooler has a 3psi drop overall.

    All a/c systems (residential, car etc..) are closed loop systems. Nothing gets in and nothing gets out unless there is a leak somewhere. You should not have to "service" the A/C ever unless there is a leak of some sort. If there is a leak in the system and you keep putting freon in it...

    Not sure what this means. This intercooler is only for the discharge air coming off of the blower so that there is cooler air going into the motor. Temperature drop I won't know tell I get it running. Im going to put some sensors on it for a reading. I figure anything drop in temp. is better...
