    I would have to say bring a camera and take good pictures of the imput shaft and pressure plate of the clutch.. this would be the only way to identify any issues with parts other than the throwout bearing..

    be there when the drop the tranny out so you can take a visual of the imput shaft yourself... if you see scrapes on it or its discolored from heat you will notice it right away..

    the throw out bearing could score the imput shaft of the tranny if its got bent metal on the inside of it... otherwise it should be ok but noisy when you drive on it but get them to replace it soon.

    I would bet you make in the 245-255 range... that typhoon has proven itself to lose HP and TQ and some of your other mods won't net you big gains unless you can turn the motor higher than the stock cams will allow.

    T trim on a stock motor is lazy as hell and won't make the kind of peak HP you would want and the average power is just as bad..same thing with a D1... I would put my blower up against any stock motor D1 and probably slaughter it in average HP and might even beat it in peak HP as well...

    TR-3650 to TKO 500/600 swap.

    transmission blanket is used for auto's under the drain pan to prevent spills if they break. the SFI bellhousing is needed to keep the clutch encased if it explodes for whatever reason so that it doesn't shoot parts through the floor and your legs and feet.
