    Long tubes do not kill low end torque. In fact they are better for low end torque because of the long tubes. Just like in an intake manifold where long runners help low end torque by keeping velocities up. When long tubes kill torque is when the tubes are too large in diameter. The 1 5/8"...

    You have that reversed. The SLP has a true x pipe whereas the magnaflow is more like the bassani. It's made out of 2 stamped sheet metal pieces welded together like a catalytic converter shell.
