    And here she is with a new coat of paint. Kept it the stock Ford Cabernet Red. No badges except for the front Ford badge. Not sure if I want to put on 5.0 badges or not. I kinda like it without the badges now. Also guys please help WTF is this sound? it only comes on at idle...

    Bahaha funny, I was wondering why my videos looked like chit! Thanks for the schoolin' Gearbanger. I'll get a new video up just for you when I can. And I'm pretty sure I tucked a/c line underneath the intake because it looks better, not sure why it's out on that pic. I'll check it out...

    Haven't updated this thread in a while. Had some trouble with the aftermarket alternator bracket/tensioner so I modified the stock one for the 3G and powder coated it Also got a fresh coat of paint on her! Gotta wash it up before I post a pic, the pollen here is horrible.

    HELP! 66 won't start

    Had a mechanic friend come over an help me out today. Found out the timing chain was almost 180 degrees out of whack. Previous owner must have somehow timed it so it would run. This explains why the engine never ran well when it did actually run. Spent the rest of the afternoon tearing off...

    It's tough. Take a break from it for a week or two. I've even done a month long break. Then go back when your ready to do some more wrenching. I'm experiencing the WTF is that sound troubles.

    I ordered my fake bullitt's from them. At the time they were the best price around. I also ordered my Taylor cap, they had it in close out or something it was really cheap. No problems here.

    HELP! 66 won't start

    I messed around with it today and set the timing again. I think it was 180 degrees out. Also put in new coil. But didn't even get a chance to start due to a dead battery. Stupid red top wont even hold a charge anymore. Gonna get a new battery this week. Thanks for the help guys.

    So my 66 with a 302 has been dead in the water for a few months now. It was running OK when I took off the intake manifold and distributer to clean and powder coat. While everything was apart I put in new plugs, rotor, cap, and wires. Now it cranks but won't start. Put first cylinder at TDC...

    Brakes Is it really $700 to convert the rears to disc???

    Do some research on here. I did my rear disc conversion for about $200 bucks. Just find a 94-98 mustang rear end and strip it. V6 or V8, it don't matter. You can use the V6 7.5 axle shafts with an 8.8 rear end. Also grab a 94-98 MC while your at it.
