    If the engine/powertrain warranty really is voided on this car (which it is), Ford won't fix it. When buying a used car, ask for an Oasis report. The report gives the warranty repair history of the car.

    Do not take it in with the chip (and pulley I assume). The TSB is NOT a recall. It's something that occurs on "some" cars, but not all. Some dealerships will look for any excuse to not honor the warranty and a chipped car is a darn good excuse in their eyes.

    Was the car ticking when you bought it? Some folks have had luck getting the head replaced with mods, some have not. Good luck.

    Do you have the A/F graph for that dyno run? What fuel pumps were you using? Stock MAF? What's with the big drop and jagged lines between 5000-5500rpm? The numbers are impressive, but it's one thing to get good readings on a dyno and still have the car hold up under harsh daily driving...

    The chip can be reburnt. There are a lot of vendors to choose from for the reburn. It may or may not work with your car as it is. Regardless, make sure you get your pullied/chipped car on a dyno and check the air/fuel before romping on it! You may want to open the gap on those plugs to .035-038...

    Those lines are for the Horsepower by Heramn oil return kit. The KB has a tendency to spew oil out the snout under boost. The oil kit prevents that and returns all the oil to the blower where it belongs.
