    Been noticing it more and more lately. The faster I go - the louder it gets. Once I stop, or as I'm hitting the brakes - it's not there. Can't place exactly where the sound is coming from but it sounds like from the rear area. Thanks again !

    Hard To Believe Hard to believe the trans could be poorly factory manufactured - I believe the Tremecs are made in Mexico, and we know what fine craftsman and technicians they are. (tounge firmly in cheek) :rlaugh:

    I don't trust it. The Ford mechanics are not exactly non partial. A $2G hit is too big of a risk to take with these bozos. Also, you have to remember that they have been very careful to not aknowledge these Tremec problems so I see them getting ready to play the blame game. Just my .02
