    Very few civics ect I have ever seen were done up right. I think you could take them. I know you could take them if you had a few mods, CAI, exhaust, ect.

    I would NOT believe this if it was a 480 volt 4,000 amp ac electric motor spinning that fan. No performance MOD is worth anything without a DYNO sheet.
