    Well, I got the new OEM cable from americanmuscle.com, and it doesn't come with the rubber grommet on it, so I don't have to worry about that. The adjuster does come with a clear piece of hose, I'm guessing goes over the end of the cable that goes into the adjuster, just a guess though...

    I've driven a few cars with Tri-Axes, and I love the way they shift. Cool, so you're running the same thing. I'm gathering the parts for a T5 swap for the Lincoln, so when I have problems with the AOD, I'll be ready.
