Ooh, I forgot the screen...it just lifts out, I cleaned out the last one I did with a little carb cleaner...you may also need a new grommet, Ford still sells them...

For anyone tempted to run an open exhaust...here's your exhaust clip, plus lots more

I had a set on my '73...they sounded alright when they were new (2" exhaust...no equalizer pipe) then the packing started to blow out and they sounded like butt. I like my Hooker LTs, 2.5" pipe, x-pipe, and Spintechs I have now :D

Crane Rocker Arm Conversion Kit is it good?

Pull the heads...put some really good head gaskets on it...and I'd suggest ARP head studs...you don't want the heads to lift under boost...you know...incase 8 isn't enough;)

Crane Rocker Arm Conversion Kit is it good?

If you want adjustability...pull the heads and do it right...take them to a machine shop and have them done for 3/8" screw in studs. The weak point of these is the 5/16" bottom threads...for a stock street car...they might be fine...but if you are shooting for the 500HP mark...yank the heads...

    What's the best ignition box??

Yup, you heard me...this is going to be a good thread right here Well, my Jacobs FC1000 has started to take a dump...it's getting harder to start...cuts out...it's acting a fool... So, my question is, of course, what would be the best box to replace it with? I've heard terrible things about...
