    Spun the wheel, checked the parking brake cable I am thinking those sliders are seazed up and maybe needing some cleaning and lubrication if that dont work I guess I will buy new calipers.

    Change or clean the relucter that round metel piece with the prongs in the distributer thats what I did that seemed to help
