    It's the GEM module! Lights, wipers, horn, washers, etc. According to my Ford Service Mgr. friend, this is as likely a culprit as the switch itself! Good luck.

    take a 3/8 open-end and just loosen her up. The antenna comes right off and obviously the base stays. 1 minute job. look at the thread on 13" antenna and you might find it interesting.
