With an O/R pipe you will smell the exhaust more(unburnt fuel). Like said before, on startup there will be more moisture in the pipes without the cats. Sounds pretty normal. You will also loose a little low end torque when going to an O/R pipe.
From what I've read and heard, your #'s will pretty much stay the same. I've even heard that most gain a little torque. Not much though. Gears just put you in the power band alot quicker.
I was thinking the same thing about keeping it the way it is. It's definately a freak of nature. I'm going to the dealer next week to see what they say.

What he said. Practice makes perfect and better 1/4 times at the track. Track being the key word. Definately the safest. I've seen Mustangs beat Camaros and TA's. Being a good driver is key.
