    I have the vvme 6000K kit in my explorer and I love them. I am amazed at the quality of the kits. The ballasts are very solid and the wiring is great quality. I have zero problems. Toughest part was figuring out where to mount the ballasts. Needed the kit a a drill, a bit and self tapping...

    Thoughts on UPR X pipe?

    Have had one for almost 4 years now and I love it. Only downfall is it is not stainless. But I coated it in a high temperature flat black paint. I have no rust problems as of yet and it was a DD in Cincinnati all sorts of weather only garaged part of the time.

    yup yup. I had these on the Audi and they were phenomenal but it may have been part to do with the Quattro system aswell though. The fiance has the Potenzas on hers and I can't wait to get rid of those pieces of garbage.

    what brake pads do you run??

    yup. I believe the GTs get PBR as well. I used Performance Frictions and they work well. BUt being a friction pad they work much better when they are warm. so braking in the rain and cold need a little more time. Cobra Brake Upgrade for me here shortly then they will be reloaded with PBR...

    which cat back system?

    Magnaflows paired with an o/r x are great. I have mine dumped with a UPR o/r x pipe. I am going back to tail pipes soon. Sounds much better.

    louder but changes the tone as well. You can here every cylinder fire with dumps. Good sound but I miss my tailpipes terribly. I have a vert and the exhaust gets a little much sometimes pluss I just like the look of the stainles pipes out back.

    just buy a UPR X pipe. Great fit and great sound. Only downfall is they aren't stainless. Though there is a simple fix. High temperature flat black paint. I coated mine before the install and i have zero rust and it's holding up just fine.

    Hooking Ipod Up to Stock Mach 460

    those things are so freaking expensive you are far better off just saving for a new head unit. Not only will you add iPod capability you will add all the options of the new head unit and have far better sound quality even paired to the mach speakers integrating the amplifiers.
