    I haven't need to yet with the 295's. I ran 315's at one point and it needed to be rolled. I run H&R Super Sport springs w/ iso's, Steeda LCA's and Bilstein HD's

    every video I've heard with Stage 2's, especially the VT/CMS's, have been the fiercest cams I've heard with some awesome gains. I can't wait to hear it on the dyno :D

    What kind of oil and filter

    the new motor will use Motorcraft FL-820-S filters like all my other stangs have. One of the best you can buy, plus I have a few cases of them ;) Oil-wise, break-in will be with Castrol 5w-30 dino oil, then switching to Mobil 1 after that period :nice:
