Check the gaps around the trunk. Something looks out of whack. See pic 11 and 14 What radio does it have? Did not think the 1966 had a faceplate. pic 8 Still a nice looking car.

    Hard Fuel Line install-Impossible?

What I found to work for me was to not cut your old line to get it out. I don't remember what all I had to take off to get the old line out in one piece, but once it was out of the way the new one went in fairly easily. If you cut the line, it is harder to figure out.

Does it run better when you move the timing back or is it getting worse? Could be your harmonic balancer shifting.

    What's it worth?

1966 GT a code coupe w/ vinyl top According to the ad: "4 speed, 289, 9" rear end, original pony interior, disk front brakes. Virtually a rust free car" Now looking at the pics, I question the "rust free" part. It needs paint pretty bad. It does appear straight. Top is shot. I...

    What is it worth?

Possibly a scam or it's gone. Ad dissapeared. No real info in the ad, just a pic. The shell was painted like a GT350 H and it didn't look very fresh, so I thought it might be the real thing. Only wanted $6K I thought I might have run across someone who didn't know what they had.

    What is it worth?

1965 GT350H Rolling shell, no motor. Just a range would be fine, I don't have much info on condition. Appears straight. still trying to find out if it is real.

    Removing the engine

I am removing my 289 prior to sending it (the rest of the car) to paint. Where is the best place to attach the engine leveler? Do I back out intake bolts? If so, do I need to remove and reinstall afterward with new gaskets? I have seen a lifting plate that bolts to the carb studs, but...

    Interior/exterior color combos

I have a 1966 coupe, standard all black interior. Currently it is being disassembled to head to the body shop for paint. Plans are to paint it red with white stripes, similar to this: I would like, while I am at it, to brighten the interior by changing/adding Red (or Dark...
