    Bearings ? or water pump?

I always heard you could use a bar of soap on the surface of the belt to stop it from squeeling. Hold the bar of soap against the pully surface of the belt while it is turning to 'grease' it. watch your fingers.

    1966 front drum brakes

Yes, I still have them. Sorry for not moving on this quicker. I have not had a chance to work on it since I talked with you last. They are yours when I can get back out to the shop and get you a cost on shipping. Thanks for your patience.

    1966 front drum brakes

I used the spindles in the conversion. Just parting out the drum brake parts. smercier has spoken for the hubs (and by default, the drums) I think I have another set on the shelf somewhere. The only thing I have left that might be of value are the backing plates.

    1966 front drum brakes

I couldn't get the hubs out. Never done it before and I didn't want to screw up the lugs by banging on them. I can ship the whole thing if you are interested. I think the drums are in fairly decent shape.

    Rims don't fit!

    On a 8" rim, 0 offset = 4" backspace your 5.5" backspace = 1.5" offset (I forget which way is + or -) You should be running 4"- 4.5" BS acording to the Dodgestang chart :hail2: http://www.dodgestang.com/Tire%20Fitment%20Guide%2065-6.pdf

    Oil pan gasket question

Sounds like you have more problems than a leaky pan gasket. Water in the oil (milky) is a sign of a blown head gasket, or worse.
