    I don't believe there is a law preventing you from backing into a parking space here in Texas. I would need to see it. There may be a local ordinance for some reason..:shrug: I have recieved a ticket for backing into a space in a parking garage, but the reason for that is when you exit...

    Are they the original head gaskets? If you put a bigger carb on it is possible with the increased performance you pushed the old head gaskets beyond their limits. Would have probably occured sooner or later anyway. Shouldn't be an issue again any time soon with new gaskets...

    You could buy an electric choke kit. Easier to use in my opinion. but if you use the cable... Close the choke when you start the car. It richens the mixture for easier starting. As the car warms up you will notice it running rougher, possibly smoking a bit (running rich) as this...

    That car is actually a red car with white accents. You could do the two tone seats (red/white) to lighten it up.

    Paint the exterior color to the weather strip. Or you could paint the whole door white (my favorite)
