    DTS is the best place for rear stuff, but you should go to ModularDepot.com and do a search. Alot of people have grenaded the eaton unit. I bought a Detroit TruTrac and love it:nice:

    Thanks, the axle tubes have seams in them from the factory because they are slipped together. They need to be welded so the axle tube never turns on violent launches.

    I went with the Detroit Trutrac, Moser 31 spline axles, Moser girdle, Moroso studs, and Royal Purple fluid. Also welded axle tubes and torque boxes. Holds up to 6krpm launches on slicks and acts like stock on the street.:nice:

    I ran a new best at Beech Bend race way 60ft........1.68 1/4........12.68 MPH.......106.64 New best 1/8th at Union Hill 60ft........1.60 1/8th.....7.96 MPH......84.55 This is in my NA 03, only mods are Mac LT's, 70tb and plenum, cai, 4.10 gears, built rearend and slicks:D

    When you blow an axle :shrug: JK, I think it more depends on how hard you are on the car. If its driven normally you should never have to change it. But if you race the car alot like me maybe every 25k-50k

    I need some good break pads

    Wagner Thermo Quiets here and I love them. I have them on both cars. No noise, not much brake dust at all and they last too. I think they are about 50$ at Oreily's. :nice:
