    when you spin it over the HLA's are compressed by the follower when the cam lobe comes over it. Sometimes when they are bled down they will be noisy when you fire it up. I have had them quiet up right away, I have had them quiet up 20 minutes later, I have had them quiet up a couple weeks...

    Yes they are overly sensitive and pick up things like intercooler bracket rattles etc and pull timing. Some have had luck using teflon tape on them to insulate them a bit.

    Make 100% sure the Intercooler connectors have not moved at all or have any holes. Also check the Vam-Turbo hose to make sure there are no tears. Check the TPS Voltage, and TPS wiring.     TDC on the crank, center mark on the cam pulley mark, and the rotor should be dead at the #1 tower on the dist cap.
