    Need advice on tranny work (long)

    You should be able to have a tranny rebuilt and installed for a lot less than 1500. There are some things they can do to a T-5 to make it stronger. I would just buy a tremec and install it yourself if you can do it.

    Disconnecting fuel lines need help.

    The fuel line disconnects are a pain in the butt. Did you buy the little cheap plastic white ones or the ones that clamp on both sides of the fitting?

    You can buy fittings from any hardware store that fit. Just take the hose with you and match up the fittings. Look in the pipe fittings isle.

    89 gauges

    I had a '89 coupe with 140 mph gauages, and it had the 25th anniversary badge on the dash. I think it just depends on luck of the draw. :shrug:

    Searchy, searchy.... You'll be able to use new style Ford Racing headers, new MAC shorties and some styles of longtubes.. This topic is covered about once a week.. :)

    QUICK lower intake gasket help please!!!

    I'm not positive, but the water jackets on your TFS heads are probably bigger than the gaskets since they are designed for stock 5.0 heads. Just do a little trimming, you'll be allright.
