    I had them on the car for about 1k or so rated up to .530. The cam I'm running is .510 / .500, I don't know what went wrong ? I was just crusing is 5th at about 2500rpm and it let go, no other damage though I just thank god the locks / keepers held the valve in place.

    Heres the specs: Max. O. D. 1.404 Wire Dia. 0.192 Total Coils 5.9 Solid Height 1.09 Closed Height 1.6 Closed Pressure (Lbs.) 78.8 Open Height 1.15 Open Pressure (Lbs.) 209 Type S Would these springs be any good for a nice street engine ? The lift on the cam is .500 / .510

    I just went out and took a look at it and since I never got time to drill the holes and put the 7/16 bolts before I drove the car, the clunking I heard was brackets moving back and forth when drove and stoped... I guess I should have put them 2 bolts in before I drove it :)

    I got them in and all but I got one more question... Are they suppose to clunk ?? When I take off they make a clunk sound like somethings loose. I think I heard some people say that this is normal, but I'm not sure ?

    You mean drilling the 7/16 hole in the axle and control arm bracket after I set the pinion angle, right ?? I got it all put back together except for the drilling the hole and putting in the 7/16 bolts, I plan on doing that tomorrow :nice:

    YES YOU CAN!!!! I ran my old combo just like that...You can rewire it pretty easy, if you need some help, PM me... Like you said, your timing will be locked out
