    The tape isn't my concern, it's the retaining clips that are on the scoops. If I knew they were just basically there to line the scoop up and aren't snapped in very tight I would not hesitate to repair myself. I'm a master tech for Toyota and have replaced many rubber gaskets between fender...

    Has anyone had any trouble with the side scoops pulling away from the body on there CS/GT. I was walking around my car yesterday and noticed in the upper rear corner there is a gap where the double sided tape has come loose. I am debating on taking it to the dealership or just fixing it myself...

    I read this thread yesterday and didn't really pay to much attention to it. Today I changed the oil on my 08 CS/GT and noticed it has the same corrosion on the drivers side of the hood as explained in the thread. I puchased my car in 11/2007 and it has 559 miles on it.     Looks great! Those are the same wheels I want to put on my CS/GT. I know you have to buy some sort of band for the wheel sensors from Ford. Is there any trick to these or are they self-explanatory? I am a Master tech for Toyota and have been dealing with the Valve Stem type sensors for years but...

    What I Would Change...

    I just bought an 08 GT/CS and it is by far my favorite! This my seventh Mustang and couldn't be happier. I never thought I would own an auto but the five speed auto is awesome! My only complaint is no interior trunk release.

    I just got an 08 CS/GT and love the roominess of the front seats compared to my 03 Mach1. I am dissapointed in the road noise inside while driving. I would of thought Ford would of cured this by now.

    Changing tranny oil questions

    Yes the Lucas tranny fix made my trans shift very smooth. I don't have the second gear grind anymore after the car sits a couple of weeks.:D

    3650 Fluid Type, amount ...additive

    I just drove the car after it sat since Wednesday. The car shifted great. I am sold on the Lucas tranny fix. The car did not feel sticky on the first to second shift when cold.
