    Don't worry about flushing it. When you change the rack basically all the fluid is gonna drain out anyways.

    I have the Steeda 19 and my car will not idle with it when it gets hot. If I had to do it all over again I probably would have gone with the Crane 2031. It is much better priced than the 19 and you can get it with the springs for almost the same as I paid just for the cam.

    Coolant Leaking form Water Pump ?

    Mine leaked from the weap hole. I replaced mine with the Ford Racing one. Its a brand new pump for around $50. Jegs sells them.
