Help me speed up my virgin

Your best bang for the buck is gears, the easiest would be nitrous or a supercharger.

    A little help with a Dist Q

It should work O.K. I don't think you'll have any timing issues as most of it is done by the computer.

    body question????

I don't know what a body shop would charge, but the proper way to fix it (short of replacing the entire panel) is to cut out the rust and weld in a new piece of metal like Silver said. you don't have to be able to get at the back of the panel though. After the patch is welded in then body filler...

    No Clue What I'm Running

Its tough to tell a 14 sec. car from a 15 sec car by a seat of the pants feel. Take it to the track to find out for sure. And like IronMedic says take it easy on the rearend. Don't launch too hard.

90 5.0 pulls to the left? Any ideas?

Like Js5ohLX says, check your brakes. Also check to make sure the wheel bearing isn't too tight or seizing up on you.

    VERY RICH

You need to get the codes out of the computer, it could be a lot of things...02 sensors, coolant temp sensor, MAF sensor etc...Without the codes you will be replacing parts for no reason.

    Help putting T-5 back together

Your bearing race on the back of the tranny probably isn't going in straight. When you have the tailshaft housing off, make sure the race is in as far as possible. As far as the little ball, put he ball in the detent, put the spring in the shift block and hold it down tight against the ball...

    what to do guys???

Brake cleaner will work, just make sure and plug off any where thet will provide a path to your oilpan. Blow out the piston bores with compressed air before you re-assemble everything. Give the heads a nice coat of paint while they're off, I prefer ford blue.:)

Newly Rebuilt 5.0 - Continuous smoke out of one pipe! Help!?!

If the smoke was blue, it would be oil, black= fuel, white/grey=coolant. It sounds like a head gasket or intake gasket.

    body work question

As long as the rust isn't right through the metal, they will probably just grind it down to bare metal and use a bit of body filler. Its better to fix it soon before it gets too far gone.
