    the o2 sensors do one thing and one thing only.......they measure oxygen in the exhaust stream.....thats it!! from there the pcm figures what is needed and when given the other variables its reading with other sensors(laymans terms)

    not to be a jerk or anything.......but ive been using plugs fo like 15 years and never have a problem with them.....and on my own cars....they have never leaked or fallen out.......in my opinion every bit as good as a patch.....

    LOL.....i just noticed a nail in my lf tire today right before i left work.......just walked back into shop....grabbed a plug and tools and plugged it......plugs work fine.......been using them for years.....

    NXT :nice: :nice: I just bought some a couple weeks ago and it is awesome......very easy to use/wipe off.....i first got zaino a couple years ago......great also but too many steps and too long curing time to wait......go with NXT....you wont be dissapointed....

    a bank 1 lean code could also be an intake vacuum leak or also possibly an injector seal leaking....just a couple more things to look for.....usually when an o2 goes bad it will throw a code for a lazy/stuck o2 (signal high/low or pinned)or something to that effect.....what would be helpfull is...

    I went with the KDWS about 4 months ago. there is no comparison to wet/dry traction of the origional goodyears.... like night and day in my opinion.....very happy...... I also rotated the hell out of the goodyears and got 33,000 out of them although they were whooped at around 27,000.... so far...

    Hey , one word of advice for ya !!!! when ses light is flashing that means that you are doing damage to your catalytic converters....i would drive the car as little as possible until whatever problem is fixed.....Ford should have told you this right off the bat...It obviously sounds like you...

    I just installed the mrt shifter last week and I also noticed alot of noise being tranferred thru the shifter. I have an 02 gt but it sounds like we have the same noise...I guess its a normal thing since others who have made the shifter switch also hear the noise too..I will try making some sort...
