    The reason that it speeds up is how it is done electronically. When only one light is being turned on instead of two, there is more current going through the circuit speeding up the time of how long the light is on and off.

    In the V6 talk area there is a sticky thread about good places to look for V6 parts. As far as exhaust goes, go to mustangexhaust.com and listen to sound clips. Some sound good and some sound like ***** in my opinion.

    'vert rear seat removal

    I think the tabs may be a little bit closer to the outside than the middle of each side of the seat. I just used the buckle to push the tab in. All you have to do is push the tabs both in and pull it out. For the back part you will have to undo two screws below the seat. I did in my 2000 at least.

    If it were me i would try to find a corvette that is kinda beat up and neads some TLC and nurture it back to health with a 454:) I have always thought it would be fun but am not near smart enough or have the time/money to do it.

    3.8 v6 convertible purchase questions please

    I have a 2000 V6 convertible and haven't had any problems at all with it. I'm at 91K miles right now and 2/3 of those are highway from the lady who owned it before me. Fairly strong feeling for a V6 i think. Once you get above 1998 they have a lot more power than the pre 99s so i doubt she will...

    Eibach Sportline springs

    I would say go with the eibach pro kit. if you get the sportlines chances are you will need caster/camber plates due to the amount of drop. The pro kit shouldn't require these.

    Agreed. I drive a V6 and it is amazing how many cars will try to race me thinking i am a cobra or gt. I'm talking cars that could dustroll me like a kid w/ a 2002 Camaro SS that went to my high school last year. Too bad his mom gave him the car and he doesn't know anything about it...

    tmaturbo.com sells two or three different kits. the cheapest one is between 3.5 and 4 grand. i have thought about but being in highschool, i dont exactly have the money for a turbo.

    2000 cobra R. either that or at classicdesignconcepts they have the mach 1 shaker setup for a V6. Its like 8 or 9 hundred bucks i think.

    Here in Missouri there is a Grain elevator in most every small town. I'm sure that if you went there they would let you weigh your car. They have scales to weigh the truck before and after you drop the grain off to know how much you had, so they must be fairly accurate.
