    If you didn't allow the K&N proper drying time, the oil may have dirtied the MAF just enough to mess up the readings, causing it to stall. Unmetered air would be another guess. If it doesn't pop back up in the next couple days/weeks, it was probably unmetered air entering.

    If money was not an option, i'd be driving a Murcielago Roadster. It goes much faster than a production Mustang and it has AWD. Why are you driving a 20-30k Mustang when you could be driving a used Vette that goes faster? Probably the same reason I am, but the question has no definitive answer.

    I'm using BBK longtubes, bbk offroad h-pipe and two chamber flowmasters for the classic/generic 5.0 sound. I would have went with Hooker's if I had a little more money and had an exhaust shop do an h-pipe to match up.

    Do not use g-tech numbers to compare. Something is wrong if you cannot flat out walk a stock '01 Cobra from a roll.
