    I have had this issue myself after a gear install, a alum. DS fixed it. I dont think that the factory DS are balanced that well.

    E-fan with stock shroud how-to, check it out!

    I did this a few months back when my fan clutch crapped out on me. I used the Taurus fan and a DC controller. Cools the car fine with no issue, when the fan does kick on it's not on for long.

    If I were you I would get a Taurus fan $25 at my locak U-Pull it,a and get a 3G alternator $20 at the U-Pull it, and order a 2 speed fan controller from DCC which is about $65.
