    OBD II Codes driving me crazy

    might need more details....did you do anything else while installing your water temp gauges?? Not sure why those codes would be tripped due to a water gauge install?? did you keep the stock sending unit in place?? or leave it out?? I am thinking you might have something else goin on that...

    I wouldn't waste your time....I am no expert but I think our ignition must be decent because I rarely if ever hear of anyone changing it out for an MSD setup.... to answer your question above....see if you can take some pictures from under the hood...I think the FRPP intake manifold is a cast...

    Are you sure you have a FRPP intake manifold?? I am not sure but don't those have to be mated up with the FRPP heads?? as everyone else has said....do yourslef a favor and swap out your throttle body...if you can't find a smaller aftermarket one that find a stock one...you will make more...

    Ditto... I would look harder....it's leaking from somewhere....mine was leaking behind the altenator. How high did you rev your car when you were looking?? I had to rev mine to at least 3-4 grand...when I was sitting in the garage I couldn't get it to spray...so I took it for a ride...

    yeah all I did was switch my stock pipe back on....but it pissed me off because all he did was just check the computer...no sniffer...I know I would of passed..but I was afraid that they might notice that my car is extra loud..or that the exhaust smells kinda funny and look a little harder...

    Here you go....They are 8" up front....255/40/17 and 9.5" 275/40/17 in the rear...wanna throw some larger tires on the back...but these will work for now I will post up a few pics in a lil bit......site is down for some reason

    yes they will work...u might have to remove or flip your quad shocks around...but the 11" rim will work I have a set with 9.5" in the rears....wish I had the 11"..so if for some reason you can't get yours to fit..I'll trade with you :D

    I used quite a bit.....I went around all the ports and then used quite a bit extra on the inside of all the intake ports....that is where the leaks tend to happen.....so just make sure u use a bit extra there.... I just hope I never have to take my intake off again...because I will probably...

    yep also have done the swap....no adapter plates...and it's been over 2 months.... had to do the swap twice to get it to seal properly with the RTV, but it's definately worth it....fairly easy to do and definately a SOTP difference...havn't had a dyno yet...

    why did u remove the water pump??? when I did mine I did not have to remove the pump? Also u said this was easier than the cam swap?? That makes me a little releived I thought the intake swap was rather straightforward but the cam swap worrys me a little bit...... what cams did u go with...

    Yep I always turn my A/C off before I turn the car off.........as others have said...it's just a good idea....
