    You didnt mention much about your fuel system, or lack of one. 78psi is way to high. Get a good pump, maybe run some new lines and get a set of rails.

    most piston manufacturers will tell you how deep the pistons are cut to give you a pretty good idea of how much room you have to play with. The only true way would be to measure it yourself

    When you buy a stroker kit, you should have it balanced regardless. Some of the cheaper kits will cost you more in the end because it takes more time to balance them correctly. So by saving that $50 or so on the crank , you end up spending twice that to get it balanced correctly. Not the case...

    Ther really is no need to get a forged crank if your using a stock block... pistons and rods, definitely, but the cast scat crank will be more than the stock block will ever handle.
