    The recovery bottle that you mention isn't a traditional recovery tank, this system is different in that it is pressurized and is designed to separate any trapped air from the system. Its been used on all V8 Mustangs since 1996, its called a degas system.

    2000 gt rim weight

    I weighed 2 wheels, 1 weighed 20 lbs and 0.8 ounces the other weighed 19 lbs. and 14.4 ounces, for a difference of 2.4 ounces. I weighed the wheels bare without the valve stems and without balancing weights. The plastic center caps weighed 3.6 ounces each.

    Ford did put better heads on the Mustang. The Cobra was rated about 80 hp higher than the GT in '96.
