    CCW lowers the cut-off pressure. Your cycling is indicative of a low charge. Gauges and a vent thermometer are the way to troubleshoot and fill an A/C system. Also remember that when you are close, only add ~2 ounces at a time.

    Reemmber, the fan is only effective below ~35MPH. If your car is hot running over ~35MPH, it's not your fan.

    Hmmm... Remember, Fox was R12 where SN95 was R134A, so only 94 and 95 would be applicable to Mustang 5.0 years for the same compressor/clutch. I'm not up enough on other vehicles to post good information.

    You would also want to verify that the system is being shut off at ~18-21PSI. Some folks forget that when converting from the Fox R12 to R134A.

    And one common problem on a Fox that causes these problems is the WOT relay. It is a small rectangular box that is mounted on the front of the passenger side shock tower. Check the wires leading into it. The insulation is usually burnt and this shorts the LPCS that jrichker is talking about.

    Yes, except for lacquer paint. If used properly, it "rolls" the residue from the metal strip much like you would by using your thumb. I've been doing this for years and as long as the moulding was taken off without bending it, the metal strip need not be taken out of the moulding.

    Yep, called Stripe Off Wheel. Use it at a low speed on a drill. Get the wheel that has the drill adapter. Cost is ~$25.
