Got a similar setup and you'll be low 13's easy, with maybe an occasional high 12, but it takes some practice. Check my sig and my profile for more about hp and et's.
Jackie, you forgot something :nono: I found this in your old post from '04.

Nice 60ft by the way! I was...
Thanks man. A year ago I was trying to break into the 13's. It's taken me a while to learn how to do a proper burnout and launch the car. When I first got my drag radials I pulled a 13.7 with a 1.9 60 ft with my car only having a cai, welded in flowmaster mufflers, 4.10's and a mail order...
Yeah, that's my brother Lenn's black '89 in the background too.
Pete got my air/fuel spot on!
Thanks about my car, even though it doesn't look as good close up, lol. See you around. :SNSign:

Here's a pic of my car with #409 on it. Taken this morning at the track. I can't give you any more than that dude!
CAI, Plenum/TB, shorty headers, catted xpipe, cat-back, pullies, sct tuned. Drove accross the scales there too: 3452 lbs with me...
Yeah, I had my brother Pete tune it for me. I just came back from the Tasca Ford event at NED, I pulled a [email protected] on my first run! Finally reached my goal! :D
I knew someone would say that. I'll post my time slip tonight. Check out this link if you don't believe a mustang will run these numbers.........ever hear of Bill Putnam? I'm trying to do it without any weight loss(got the spare tire and jack out though)...
Ran my new personal best tonight at New England Dragway. Yesterday I installed "C" springs and CHE T/S upper and lower control arms and was wondering if the springs would hurt my 60 ft. The car was launching great tonight(for me anyway) and got my best 60ft times yet.
Tonight's best:
R/T...
Same et I had first time to the track. I missed 3rd gear on my first run, ran a 14.7. By the end of that night I got it down to a 14.3. Out of 5 runs, I missed 3rd twice! The next day I installed a Steeda Triax, haven't missed a gear since, that was a year ago.
My stock shifter didn't...
I've got almost every bolt on and the X-pipe has my vote for best bang for the buck. I found my Bassani catted x-pipe used for $200. You can find a new off-road one for less.
Go to my profile and then follow the link to my homepage for a list of mods. I've got shorty headers but they didnt gain me anything on the dyno. The dyno tune, exh, plenum/tb, gears, and tires are the main ingredient for the 1/4. As you can see, my hp/tq #'s are avg.
Your car has more.... I was running the same as you until I got a set of Mickey Thompson ET Street drag radials. I avg 13.2's now and dip into the 13.1's at times. My goal is also 12.99 also. Going to weld up my torque boxes and replace my rear upper and lower control arms this week, hopefully...
Adjust the throttle plate set screw with an allen wrench while the car is idling until it doesn't stick anymore. Make small adjustments at a time. IAC will compensate, but if you have to adjust it too much your idle will hang a little before it drops to normal. Had the same problem with a BBK.
You might get a couple hp higher up, like at 6k or so. Like someone else said, every little bit helps. I mainly did it because I'm running 4.10's and always turning more rpms than normal. When on the highway, I'm turning about 2800 rpms at 75 mph.
